AAA Conditioning Camp

The West Camp will be held at the MTS Iceplex, and the East Camp will be held at the Gateway Recreation Centre.  Both camps will run August 23-28, 2010.

Weekday camp ice times at MTS Iceplex will be between 4:45 pm and 9:30 pm, while weekend ice times will be between 8:45 am and 5:30 pm. Weekday camp ice times at Gateway Recreation Centre will be between 4:45 pm and 9:30 pm, while weekend ice times will be between 8:45 am and 5:30 pm.

Each player will receive six (6) hours of ice time.  Applications are accepted on a first come basis.  Spots for each position are limited.  Groups for the camp will be divided into the following years of birth: 1993-1995, 1996, and 1997-1998.

This camp is for conditioning purposes, and does not offer individual player instruction.  The camp will feature a combination of power skating, skill and tactical drills, as well as controlled scrimmages.

$130 for skaters         $100 for goaltenders

***Late registration (postmarked or dropped off before Friday, July 16, 2010) ***

Cheques are payable to WMHA AAA Council.  Applications should be mailed to WMHA AAA Council, c/o of Winnipeg Minor Hockey Association, 206-1555 St. James Street, Winnipeg MB, R3H 1B5.

The notification of camp times will be sent via email in early August.

Registration for AAA Tryouts will be held at the Regent Avenue Canad Inns Casino Hotel for all age categories.  Registration date is Thursday, August 19, 2010 between the hours of 7:00 and 9:00 P.M.  Tryouts will be starting August 30, 2010.
